These terms govern your use of the Vela iOS app provided by Galizia. By using Vela you agree to them. For how we handle data, see the Privacy Policy.
1. The app
Vela lets you capture ideas on your device and, when you choose, send text to our servers so an AI model can refine, explore, or generate ideas. AI features require an internet connection and credits.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Vela on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple’s App Store terms.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the ideas you create. You are responsible for what you enter. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
4. Credits
AI actions use credits. Starter credits may be included. Additional credits are sold as consumable in-app purchases through Apple. Credits are not a subscription, have no cash value, and are not transferable. Refunds, if any, are handled under Apple’s rules and applicable law.
5. AI output
AI suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unoriginal. They are not professional advice. You decide what to keep and how to use it.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Vela, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the backend, bypass credit limits, or use the app for unlawful content or abuse of others.
7. Availability
We aim to keep AI features available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, providers, or network issues may cause downtime.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Galizia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on AI output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
